At Walksy Pet, we strive to ensure that you and your pet are fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures regarding returns and refunds in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.

1. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without providing a reason.

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

2. Returns

Once your return request is accepted:

  • You must return the item within 14 days
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect

We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

3. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item:

  • We will notify you whether your refund has been approved
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Clear photographic evidence of the issue

In these cases:

  • You are entitled to a full refund or replacement
  • We will cover the cost of return shipping where applicable
